Siemens M3C fuel calculations

Postby boris7589 » Tue Feb 09, 2021 11:12 pm

I am trying to wrap my head around the maps in a KTM 300 TPI engine. It is a 2 stroke engine with a Siemens/Contitech M3C ECU. It is running the following sensors: Inlet temp+barometric pressure, crankcase pressure, TPS,RPM. No lambda in the exhaust.

The maps found are:
Airmass flow vs crankcase pressure
Airmass flow vs TPS
Target lambda

My interpretations is that the fuel amount is calculated as following:

Airmass flow vs CCP OR Airmass flow vs TPS (using the highest value) x Target lambda = Fuel amount.

Is that reasonable?
