Hi,

I have a M/B ATEGO 1518 that crank but the engine doesn't start, it give me error codes 2122, 0310, 9963, 3236, 5854, 1723, 3040, 3002 and 0162.
All are stored codes accept for 1723.

After deleting error codes and cranking the engine a few times the error code 9963 comes back. Is this problem immobilizer related and if so can the
immobilizer be deactivated through software

I believe it is a Temic ecu.

I try to upload the ID and EEPROM file, but I receive an error "The extension is not allowed"
The error code that I receive is 9963 - No transponder code through engine CAN Bus.
If there is a solution can you please advice me how to do it. I added the ID details below.
