Bricked edc16u34

Hey

My friend and I tried to write a stage 2 file to my Caddy, but no luck now we cant write any file to the ecu and cant read either.
He tried to read the ecu with ktag and got the files out but cant write, says operation not allowed.
Is my ecu toast? What should I do?

EDC16U34 must read and write BDM .

use ktag better clone works ok the ecu its not blown accept that you cannot use it via obd to flash it
