I want to change my dyno

I think about replacing my MAHA 2wd with a new dyno.
I'm obliged to install it on the floor (not with a pit) due to restrictions from the property owner.
What do you think I can choose? MAHA is expensive. Vtechdyno.eu may be ok, but I have never tested it. Any other options?
