Does this will make me turbo start from lower rpm ?

And i have EGR, DPF off should i change any more values i heard that need to decrease all values in this map after egr is off is it true or no ?

smaller vales more opened geometry VNT position = slower spool

Yes turbo is stock.
But problem is that after stage 1 me car works like this

1000RPM ` Slow
1500RPM ` Slow
2000RPM ` Slow
2200RPM ` Fast
2400RPM ` Super Fast
2500RPM ` Super Fast
3000RPM ` Super Fast

And i would love that car would work like that.

Okey so what should be changed to unblock that turbo geometry.
What i need is to get that boost on lower RPM and slower increase not for example like "slow slow slow and instantly booom super fast " like it is now but i want something for example like "slow normal normal fast superfast"

If your turbine is old or had big mileage it can be mechanical problem or just make boost log and you will see if VNT works ok.

to unblock turbo geometry is needed to clean vanes inside turbo which are blocked from soot

If cleaning the turbo doesn't help I would chack your timing (SOI)?
If your timing is to much advanced you will have a bad spool.
You said EGR is disabled. This is mainly working in low Rpm. So if you did not correct your SOI in your EGR region, you will have more timing advance in this region.

Exhaust gas in your cylinder slows down your combustion because it's not all fresh air. If you disable EGR you have only clean air, so also faster combustion, so timing advance. Timing advance is slower spool.

I would compare your SOI map and retard your timing with 2 to 3 % at a time in the region that has been modified. Don't go to far back because this increases exhaust gas temperature.

I think too closed vanes are not good for fast spool.
My bv43 got much more responsive with opening vanes more. I think it was surging with hissing sound.
It is easy to test by adjusting actuator arm length also.
