Mondeo MK3 2.2 TDCI , Automatic

Postby Matthew11 » Sun Feb 06, 2022 2:34 pm

One day i want innstaled automatic gearbox to my mondeo.
I didn't realize how big a problem this was.

I have the original file from 2.0 automatic, original file from 2.2 manual, clean file from FORD
2.0 turbo and EGR - vacuum steering
2.2 turbo and EGR - electronic steering

On map 2.2 engine was running perfectly but gearbox have fault by can comunication, forscan didn't see a gerbox in car.
On map 2.0 gearbox was run perfectly but engine dont have a power
So i change a turbo from 2.0, delete EGR (pipe from exhaust to intake) and modify a program.
Now car don't have a full power, max speed is 90-100 km/h.

Car is my property so i have lot of time to experiment.
Can anyone read a file and correct this project.

In mondeo.rar is everything.
Actually ECU have "MOD ver 15"

22 ori" is from ECU with manual gearbox.
"Mondeo jatco" is original from automatic.
"R0411C020U.bin" is clean file officialy from Ford. They use with VCM program. When ECU is prpgraming you need choose a gear ratio, size od tire VIN number etc. Finly my ECU don't write anything from original hardware VCM. File r04.. is just for information.

"Mod ver 15" is edit "mondeo jatco" with information from "22 ori" and my correct.
