I am searching for a Battery charger when flashing from obd.

i already have a telwin Pulse 50, but i dont know if it will do the job.
So i saw the telwin doctor charge 50 which had a diagnostic and supply function.

do i need to buy that one, or can i use the one i already have?

Search youtube, you can make one a 200amp one for about £60 max. With just some basic soldering.

Do you know a good video, i see many videos. i dont know which one is the best.

Meanwel PSP1000, drill somme holes for a handle, you can even weld with it lol.
