Hello guys! I'm from Poland I have a Corsa D 1.6T (stock 150HP) with a BOSCH ME 7.6.3 ECU, K03 Turbo.
Mods in the car:
- downpipe 3" to straight pipe 2.5" with the free flow backbox
- bigger intercooler 550x180x65
- bosch 395cc injectors
- turbo after regeneration.

Car have a new actuator, front n75, we check boost and vac leaks, and everything is okay.

Car have a stage2 remap, but there is a problem. Car have full power and boost in one moment, but later boost is cut! This is a map problem, but we don't know what's going on. When I'm turn off and turn on car, the boost coming, one push hard on 4th gear to the redline, and boost is weaker, something like limp mode. No error codes.

I show you power diagram(4th gear), we tested this car without turning off, measurement after measurement. No misfires, lambda okay, no knock. In first attempt we fell hard turbo push, and peak, in second attempt is weaker, and in third is no turbo peak, car going very linear.
