copy only the maps on your file

no way and you cant copy maps the easy way is to tune your ori file nd your file can easy be tuned to 170hp

don't flash or don't copy 163bhp file on 140bhp, just tune file on stage 1, it's the best way

No you cannot, car will not start and ecu might be locked

I'm not an expert in tuning but know stuff about Ford
There is no problem with flashing ECU if U use proper tool
Most common is Forscan to do this but U need a version that has possibility to flash, other soft is UCDS
No problem, car will start :)
