Postby michass » Fri Sep 30, 2022 6:03 pm

Hi,

i get some "free help" from one tuner. He retard timing for burbles to -180deg.
For me this is not safe for my valves, turbo and cat.
Car is 1.4 MA Marelli 8gmk Giulietta.

Maybe you want to write -18 degrees?

That is quite weird - looks like attempt place ignition after working cycle where combustion over and exaust valve opens. I do not believe ECU allow usage it - it ussualy has limitations. Common practice here retard ignition -30 where fuel ignited still during combustion cycle but part of it finishes burning in exaust with valve open.
