Now I also have the full bdm read from ecu, do I have to transfer the mod maps to all blocks?

The BDM posted, was this from your ECU or from another source?
You need the BDM from your ECU only.

No, this was from another ecu. But today I did a readout with autotuner and I transfered all the mod maps into all blocks. Also the egr hysteresis maps. I hope it will help

Normally it's good practice to use a BDM from the ECU you are working on.
If you read the BDM it will have your original changes then you can apply the fix to that, then BDM it back.
