Edc17c74 boost control

Hello,
My original file has a boostdip. Is their a way to fix this?
I don't get why it want to lower boost if it isn't even on target.
I was trying to tune my car but this problem (boostdip) only got bigger
Engine is a 2.0 tdi CR from 2019 150hp

As you can see it only got more extreme. Any thoughts?
I first like to solve it in the original file.
