BMW E91 EDC16C35 problem

Hi!
I have problem with EDC16C35 on BMW E91. I read the file with Kess via OBD so I have original file. When I try to write the moded file (also via OBD) it stops on 0% with wake up error. Now I can't do anything. Car won't start, ID, reading and writing are throwing error wrong ECU. What are my options here? Can I try to write it with Kess on the bench? Power suply was connected to car but does not exide 12.6 Volts. Could this be a problem? I read somewhere that it needs to be around 13.5 Volts.

Do you have ktag and full bdm?
