What hardware should I buy for a 1999 Elantra?

I am looking at buying a link cord. Here are the units I have found:

MPPS v13.02 - http://www.ecutool.com/MPPS-v1302-Chip-Tuning_10061.html
Galletto 1260 - http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AF1UZAY

Has anyone had experience with these, or do you have a suggestion on a better device for my 1999 Elantra?
