Hi!
I have the same car with a defective immobilizer antenna. And wasted on it an entire day trying to figure out how to disable the immobilizer. Turned upside down all the tools available on the forums related to immobilizers. The only thing I could find was a tool to virginize the ECU. Useless in this case. Also took out the Dash to get the SKC out of it.... Scratched everything surrounding it.... doohh . And found out that it has a Micronas processor. This means no joy. With motorolas would be still some hope, but I just dropped it. Extracting the dash from the car..... and putting it back.... Was like going to several stages deep into hell and back.
I see now: we should pay respect to thieves, because the are very committed to their work and it's not easy at all.
Came to the conclusion: We are fucked.
My only hope is to clone one of the key transponders or extract it from the key. Then to remove the antenna from the lock and stick it somewhere close to the lock. My guess is that the antenna is not picking up well so by fixing the transponder in the antenna (in an ideal position) it should work.
If not , a new antenna well be needed.
