Megane 1.9 dci - SVRPL

Postby Marko » Fri Apr 05, 2013 3:09 pm

Hi everyone.. :)
I am trying to tune my '03 Renault Megane 1.9 dci with EDC 16C3 and i have a problem with my Rail Pressure. When i increase values on the rail pressure and rail pressure limiter maps the actual rail pressure while driving at full throttle becomes unstable. Through the revs it jumps to required pressure (1410 bar) then it droops to about 1100 bar, and this change happens about every 200 to 300 revs while accelerating.. Could it be that this is happening because i didn't changed the SVRPL? And does anyone know where is the SVRPL placed? I was searching the whole map and could't find it.
Thank you :)

So far no answers :D Maybe it will be easier if i post my file and you could search through it finding SVRPL.. And if someone has some spare time to look for all useful maps and post it back to me i will be very grateful. This are the maps that i found so far, but i am not 100% sure that i recognized them correctly.
DRIVERS WISH MAP (E05AA)
INJECTION LIMITER (E8EC4)
N75 MAP (EC88C)
SMOKE LIMITER MAP (EE3B6)
SMOKE MAP (EE6AA)
TURBO LIMITER MAP (EFF2C)
TURBO MAP (F01A0)
RAIL PRESSURE MAP (F1D84)
RAIL PRESSURE LIMITER MAP (F212A)
EGR MAPS (F24CA, F25FE, F2732)
SVBL (F0144)
TORQUE LIMITERS (E867A, E8C6E, F180E, F1850, F1892)

And this are the addresses of maps that i think are useful but i don't know what they are: (E955C, E97A0, E99E4)

Thanks in advanced. :)

Hello,

I see it is a 120 hp engine.

I have the same problem, can't find a SVRPL (101 hp dCi), so I'm stuck with 1350 bar.. :?

After flashing new file into ECU I have to wait at least an hour or sometimes two, to be able to do flashing procedure again. I don't know if this is normal but it's very annoying! Especially if you are trying out different setups. Does anyone have explanation for this? Is this normal and are you guys experiencing the same thing? Is there a solution for this problem.
I'm using MPPS V13. Tried with Galletto 1260 and it's doing the same thing (plus injectors need to be coded each time you flash the ECU). :(
