Programmable ECU for E3 injectors

Hello, :D

For a new Truck Diesel Engine, I'm now looking for a fully programmable ECU able to energize DELPHI or BOSCH, E3 injectors.

Engine concerned is DXi13 from Renault Mack and also VOLVO D13.
