Remap dealers - advice please

Postby OmapMC » Thu Jan 14, 2021 12:31 am

Hi all,
I have recently opened a vehicle repair workshop in the Worcestershire area. I am hoping to add ECU remaps to the services we offer. To start we are looking to buy a slave from a tuning company and then pay them for the files which then upload to the vehicle. Can anyone recommend a good tuning company with good support for this as there are many out there, some with great reviews but charge around £90+vat per file, some mid range appear around £75+vat and the bottom end around £50+ per file. Can any one advise also as difficult to gauge what are general RRP for a stage 1 as this is mainly what we will be offering to start.
Thanks all

Im just after information on a decent tuning company/ file provider that offer good support to use... I was only giving prices of files as an example as different prices I’ve seen in the market.

good and quality service with decent company and brand will cost 3-4x more than 99% of offered prices. If business goal is quality and reputation than buy&sell price will and should be "noncomparable". Low price = low quality (cheap s**t)) for 100% sure, high price = does not mean is good and need to take care.
