Hi all, been awhile since last visit, as family got bigger regrettably changed my well tuned 406 2.2 hdi to bigger family bus Renault Grand Espace 2.0dci 175 auto. Been chasing this annoying vibration on idle , all dash rattles engine doesn't sound right, can hear kind off injector ticking noise, but disappears at 1000rpm or above, drives seems ok, but mpg is terrible 24mpg in town. Have changed all engine mounts, gearbox mount, slightly improved but still terrible vibration. car done 58k miles engine looks as new but doesn't run right. Bought Can Clip to see live injection parameters, have recorded at idle and under load those, but to my eyes all seems ok, wonder what pro experts in here would think? help much appreciated PLEASE. couldn't upload creen recorded files here please download from dropbox

Forgot to add that egr been blanked and deleted same as dpf filter removed and deleted. Once you start to drive or push harder big puff of black smoke comes out , would it be wise to do injectors leakage test? Or is it obvious from live parameters if one of the injectors playing up? Thanks
