finally seems like i find the reason,yesterday i download one file of same car,same hw number same sw number and how i suspect the ori file i download has two blocks of maps,i think tuner tool only read one codeblock,its possible that??
to me this make sense
otherwise,the file i download its a bdm read,can i write by obd??

You can't mix OBD and BDM normally.. unless the OBD is a full boot read

Even being the same size doesn't mean anything, it's the format, BDM & OBD are different and mixing will damage your car

Look at this map mate, maybe this is the fault.300Nm value is for 3000rpm.
Anyway this ECU need BDM read and write, is EDC16C39.

i cant see de map direction in the picture,but edc16c39 no need bdm,i do this ecu(alfa,fiat,lancia,opel) by obd with mpps and kess v2,can you share the direction??

You're in wrong mate, try to let unchanged this maps and will see.I know that, i tuned lot of Vectra C with EDC16C39.Anyway same thing for any EDC16 with TL/gear maps,even have manual or automat gearbox.

i think not,because if this torque limiters are in use,the car never do 320nm of torque stock,otherwise in my first try i think like you and raise all the torque gear limiter up to 500nm but the car cuts power too,lok i said before i think the problem was the read of the file because i find other read with the same sw and hw and that has 2 banks of maps
