I think that You ask too much from DW - 80 mg but TL allows 70mg and You can lower the fueling in low ambient pressure. In the SL for 925 mg air You have values which give AFR 16(will be smoky). Turbo boost map - Why don't You change last two values in X-axis let say 50 and 60 to be more easy to regulate boost. N75 map - why do You modify it that way. Enough is to lower duty cycle for high IQs. DOI maps - did You extrapolate them with exel or just put % to it (but they look more or less good). And if You have problem with hot start You can modify hot start map.
