Seat Leon ASV 110pd EDC15V

Hi everyone,

I have been doing some changes for a 03 leon ASV and tested some files already.
Progresive changes have been done and are now at: nearly 50mg IQ and boost of 2100mbar.
Car drives nicely, no smoke, EGR off.

Wondering If I can improve this file safely for stock Turbo and Injectors. Clutch at the moment not slipping at all.
I have seen some quite impressive tunes for the same engine.
How much more can I go? I really dont mind a little bit of smoke.
Any thoughts on my smoke map? etc

Hi

I do not understand your reprogramming, do you have any performance improvements with this file? This engine makes the 156hp (no smoke) with original material.

Hi again,

The performance improvement with the first file was noticeable but far from what i have seen for that engine.
So I have been improving the tune and modified some more things like SOI, one more degree for 45mg iq and 2 degrees for 55mg.
Improved the smoke map and the torque map allowing a bit more torque.

Thanks for your previous comments, hope I can get some more from this new file that as improved quite a bit.
