Siemens SID803 peugeot HDi

I have PSA evolution XS and kwp2000 and Galletto 1260 . My vehicle is Peugeot 307 HDi XSI (136bhp) with Siemens SID803 to extract the ecu bin using either flashing does this ecu require mode mode pin 28 to mass etc as I can't seem to get either to read ecu file ?
