Speed Limiter Removal/ Increase Iveco Daily 65C17

Hi I am looking to increase or remove the speed limiter on a Iveco Daily 65C17 but am unable to locate the speed limiter?

Can anyone help me?

I think i may have found it on 16 bit hi-low decimal 08800?

If anyone can confirm? also what would I change it to fro say a 140kmh limit?
