Strange EGR Values in winols

Hi,

I have a Fiat Stilo JTD 80 (2003) with EDC15C7 ECU, I have close my EGR valve and put ou the plug (because my EGR was dead)
Since I do it my motor shakes between 1500/2000 rpm, I have learn that I need to disable the EGR by the switch ECU.

I have check in winols but my EGR switch is strange:
Normaly EGR switch could be "001 001 000 000 001 000 001 000 001 048"

but on my ecu 71B1A he is: "000 000 001 001 001 001 000 000 001 048"

I don't understand, I post my original ecu, map pack and screen capture.
