Strange engine sound after remap

Hi!

I put remaped file in my ECU and try to drive. Everything looks OK, car have more power, no smoke, no errors...BUT...there is some strange high sound (something between sound of "knocking" at gasoline engines, pressure leaking, bearing sound...) when put pedal to the metal and over 3000 rpm (on horizontal line). When going uphill...this sound is appearing much earlier...even at 2500 rpm (but only with full throttle).

Hmm...SOI is only modified at and above 3000 rpm, and only slightly...max increase is +3. Sound is coming from engine also below 3000 rpm if driving uphill. Can you check in attached file please? Can you find cause for this sound in edited file?

Can a high pressure turbine, an approximation of 77C1С with IQ> 64. Max boost 2501. Linerizatsiya sensor 2500.

Hmm..I didn't understand that. Can you explain in more detail?

Perhaps the pressure is outside the measurement sensor, boost> 2500. Try instead of 2501 the value of 2450.
But maybe a lot of fuel. It is necessary to raise the fuel pressure.

Hmm..in my test drive (over 40 minutes) I logged data with MES and only 12 times boost pressure came above 2400 and 4 times over 2500 (2500, 2502, 2512, 2522). This strange sound is present all the time when throttle is 100% and over 2500 (uphill) or 3000 RPMs...and boost pressure is not allways that high; it is about 2200 - 2300 most of time.

If lot a fuel...there will be black smoke behind car, isn't it? But there is not.. Also, if raising fuel pressure, that will produce more fuel to inject, not less !? Or I'm wrong?

A lot of fuel requires more time to enter it in the cylinder. A speed increase. Increasing pressure to reduce the time we enter the fuel into the cylinder.
But the problem is not clear, can a manual overload.
Maybe, as the pilot IQ, after 2500 offline, so hard the engine is running. EGR blocked.
