What do you want to know?
Is your turbo stock or upgraded ?
Give details about injectors if upgraded

Just looking for people's opinions on the map who have more experience than I. It's the standard gt1749v turbo and I know your bound to say it's running to much boost but I'm a mechanical engineer, I've studied turbochargers and looked at the compressor map for my own and 1.4 bar is safe to run but that is the highest it can be run at for reliable operation. It has the standard .205 micro meter injector nozzles with the standard 10 mm Bosch VP37 injection pump.

Standard ? Do you mean stock ASV turbo ? I dont think its GT1749V.
It's actually a VNT15, the second generation of VNT15 named also GT1749, is not the same turbo as 1.9 TDI 131 or 150 hp.
Max safe boost is around 1.3 for ASV, maybe 1.35 but not more, and no way to have svbl at 2600+
With standard injectors and 51 mg you can have around 135 hp and you can try to add some voltage to VP37 map pump on last column and then 51 mg actually will be little high fuel but you can still keep 51 as a "tag"

I've already checked the part no. from the turbo and it's 100% a Garrett gt1749v. The pd130 turbo is the gt1749va and the pd150 is the gt1749vb. I've been running 1.4 bar for months and no issues whatsoever, I've always used Castrol Edge oil and do logs on vcds once a week to check everything. Well at the moment I'm running in the region of 160 bhp with the standard injector nozzles, I've calculated the AFR and it's still lean so I can just upgrade to .216 nozzles from a t4 transporter and keep the existing turbo. That's with advanced timing, increased IQ and boost. If you didn't notice I've already increased the pump voltage a lot from standard and from what I believe any voltage higher than 4.9v to the VEP will trigger limp mode, 4.7v is plenty and I don't want to increase that any further.

Thanks for your reply. I'm very happy with the map, I've spent about 3 months make gradual adjustments to boost, IQ and SOI to make sure the car responds ok. I've had no issues to date with the remap so I'm going to leave it as is.

Great, that's how every people must work :) Progressive changes and test, change, test.
But i`m very sure that you dont have there 160 hp. I measured a car like your, remapped, with 0.232 injector nozzles and 1.7 bar boost and had around 170 hp.
Power doesnt come so easy.
0.216 it's a good option, they are on Audi A6 2.5 tdi too, but keep in mind, bigger injectors means less SOI, i suggest to keep original SOI if you upgrade your nozzles.

As it stands I can keep up with an Integra Type R, VRS tdi Octavia and a 3.0 tdi A7 sportback so it can't be far off! 8-) I mind the car like a baby! Has full service history from new, it never missed a service! I also fitted an EGR delete pipe, removed and cleaned out the intake manifold and intercooler and also have the CCV venting to atmosphere. It's still running lean at the moment, I reckon I'm injecting about 53 mg of fuel and I need to inject 60 to get an ideal AFR. It's hard to find much information on the VE and the nozzles but I believe the standard 10mm pump can give 57 mg/stroke with large enough nozzles. Do you know if that's true of would I be better off to upgrade to an 11 or 12mm pump and 0.232 nozzles or larger? If I can get 57 mg with the 0.216 ones I'd be pretty happy with that :)

I know personally some cases with 11mm pump and 0.232 nozzles with ~1.7 or 1.75 boost, car runs like a monster, it's ASV.
