rate it ! EGR OFF ,SOI extrapolated duration maps too , EOI is around 6 degrees. But have 1 problem high MPG around 9 L /100km at normal driving

I can tell you a thing about BKD. Two of my pro tuners friends made tons of tests regarding SOI for BKD, vw golf 2.0 tdi.
If you increase SOI in full load area, you will loose power, especially in the summer when weather is hot. Keep SOI stock, work only with duration.

First of all bad economy is because you edited driver wish maps under 65 %. Do you have dsg? Then i recommend only to touch last column 100% pedal.
Im not so familiar with EDC16 and NM conversions but i can advice you to increase boost more liniar , on last 2-3 columns not differences like that from 2200 to 2500. Make 45 -> 55 and that 70 put it 65 to create boost quicker, because the boost can have lag is not like fuel, instantly.
Keep all soi stock, duration seems to be ok.
If you blocked your EGR, you should open N75 turbo vanes in that area with 10 - 15 % to eliberate backpressure from turbo and negative work.
