It is % tuning. Nothing calculated. You raise boost at only one of two turbo maps. Turbo limiter v$s atmospheric pressure untouched too. Rail pressure map is changed from too low rpm and IQs for no reason. Rail pressure limiter untouched. Main TL is raised from too low rpm. And so on.

Try to make calculations for AFR proper values on Smoke limiter map not just put 1 to 15 percent. Push more driver wish map from 1500 rpm and 50% pedal position not from the beginning. Try to smooth main TL, raise them from lets say 1750 to 2500 then smoothly lower them to the end. You don't need to change 1-st gear TL if you want to inject less than 65mm^3 diesel.
