No SOI maps can not be extrapolated since no one knows the physical limits of the injectors can handle. I only point out that the SOI limiter are safe values. And helps to bring injection close to TDC. I've seen people increase them over 32+ but can not say its safe. On my car I've tried set max on 29 but it is try and error stuff. Also my car(same as U I drive and passat avf automatic) the clutches are close to gone (recently have pulled a car for 400km, don't ask...) so now I'm close to stock. But if U use the SOI limiter values and 65mg of fuel is good enought for a decent remap

thats why i ask because with out a dyno its impossible to change soi....
on a other forum i see that some people change to soi map to soi limiter.
so if you map is max 23 and soi limiter 26. the change the soi map to 26 and also change soi limiter to 29.

bud for a stg1 you can leave soi and n75.

Not so sure what U guys say is stage 1 remap. VAG 1.9 is stronger than what the book says in 90% of the time. A friend of mine has Octavia ASZ and when she was stock it almost have 140bhp. I'va seen other too. On this engine a Stage 1 willl benefit no more than 10-15hp , I don't see point in that. Now the Octi has turbo from 150pd with boost request 1800bar and still 65mg of fuel but it goes really good, still waiting for the new clutch to come than i'll increase the fuel to 70mg this + the FMIC should go close to 200hp but the dyno will say for sure.

I just cant belive you made that second map after I looked your first attempt xD.
Don't push boost limit at high RPM since there is no radical use for it.
And for love of GOD Change n75 atleast to 80-82 with 65mg.
You can be more straight with smoke limiter since this AVF engine do not smoke easily. i tried once maxed whole Rpm range to 65mg and all i got was little cute smoke cloud.
do NOT touch SOI since you can push 230hp and 450nm from orginal setup without smoke, only adjusting durations.(And there you need MAP guided system)
your TL OK
DW OK
injection durations OK

but like i said, this setup is still "low" tune for this engine.

Meanwhile the modded bin is on the car, and as I sad before, I want to stay on safe side, I'm not in the mood of a clutch change.
Has anyone experimented the safe max TQ for the AVF clutch ? How many km ? Heard around about 400Nm. EDCsuite tell me that I'm about 386@2500rpm.

Boost limit - I will take a look further on calculations, don't want to stress the turbine :thumbup:
Smoke limiter - above 2000 rpm I"m at 15,8 . Should I go lower ? I'm limited by the TQ anyway to 65 mg.
N75 - for now it will stay untouched until i have time for some logs. Ch 11, 1500-4000 rpm, 3 gear, right ?

Hi

do the log in 10 and 11 ch and see the turbo also how it works. 100% full throttle 3rd gear and rpm as you said.
