Tuning SOI for eco on piezoelectric injectors

Hi guys, i am pretty sure that there are so many controversal topis about changing SOI or not, especially on EGR area.
Now it is about a Mercedes ML 3.0 V6 OM642 engine with piezo injectors.
One SOI map has pozitive values, but 2 of them has values like in picture, very retarted.
What do you think about advancing this SOI if EGR is deleted ? And also if EGR is active ?
Somebody tested real measurements ? Is there any risk if i drag all those negative values to a plain value 0 degrees ?
