Now I have tried your (Citroen032) file in two days. I think it works, but it still makes gives me these faults P0490 P0409, P1162 and more comes description of all is ( Electric EGR valve position copy signal
Intermittent) . And sometimes it starts bad and runs bad while idling.
Should I also put a blank plate in where the EGR is mounted?

The EGR Valve is connected, If I unplug the cable it gives me the fault couldn't find EGR valve.

What can I do? :S

You must physically block the EGR valve. Then it will work properly.
You must redirect the gases to "bypass the EGR".

Ok. I have a blanking plate for the valve. Is it enough to put that plate in? or what do you mean with bypass the gasses? No have not tried ppvoronov file yet. But maybe it is just the blanking plate i am missing. I try that later and report back :)

Just block the passage of gases through the egr.

Now I have tried both files and block the gasses with a blanking plate. But my car still starts bad and it give me the errors above. Kan anyone help me get rid of these DTC CODES diagbox gives me? I think that it is these codes that fuck my car up.

P0409 Electric EGR valve position copy signal
P0490 Electric EGR valve position copy signal
P1162 Electric EGR valve position copy signal
P0401 Air Circuit

Dan9n, I have same car with same specs do you flash the car with egr off I can help you to turn off egr and remove the DTC's. But today I bought Mpps v16 (Green pcb) clone, but I'm afraid to read and write back with Egr off in my Peugeot 207 1.6 hdi (no fap).
Did you write without problems with mpps ?
