Understanding lamda in relation to throttle percentage

Postby Zaccyboy » Thu Aug 22, 2013 11:02 pm

I understand that the x axis is the Maf mg/str 250,300,350,400,450,500,550,600,650,700,750,800,900,1000,1100,1200

and rev range down the y axis 800 - 5000 revs and the two values matched up gives the lambda figure.

I am looking at the lambda tables in tuner pro for a Honda civic 2.2. I do not understand how to relate the lambda values to the throttle percentage??

for example if I have 100% throttle then what value under the MAF (mg/str ) does 100% represent????

Do I have to log using the Honda hds and then look at what maf is at a certain rpm e.g 2000rev = 663 mg of air then look at the table between 650 - 700mg and that is my lambda and alter as necessary???

I want to tune the lambda to match a map I have sort of written.

HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks in advance

depends on the air temperature and turbo boost.
