VP37 voltage

this guy goes up to 5.24 v and the pump doesn't burns...from what i know,max voltage on VP37 is 4.7 V...am I wrong?

Max voltage that you can do inside the car is 4.9v or so. After that, you get limp mode, no power because the ECU trips a code.
But that coil that operates the QA can probably take more voltage by design.... it's just that the ecu itself is limited to 4.9 I think because the power feed to the solenoid is 5v, so it uses .1v as a safety margin.

Hiya,

the pump tester may be able to generate >5V, but as robnitro said, the ECU isn't.

So the mechanical limit seems to be reached around 5,24V on that particular pump - interesting to know :)

As for how much you can use in remapping - there are two values inside your binary for low and high quantity adjuster stop position. These need to be higher than your requested pump voltage but still be reachable by the ECU when it does its test before starting or you'll get an error.

These single values are: mrwNL_MUST / mrwNL_MOST, check them out in the Funktionsrahmen/Damos.
