VW Decat Rear o2 removed

I have a VW 1.6 FSI MED9.5.10 . I want to remove the catalytic convertor as it is blocked so require the rear o2 to be edited in ECU to prevent codes etc.

I ran "Lambda remover" automated software on the Ecu file but am unsure what exactly it has made changes to.

Does anybody know what changes it has made? I only want to remove catalytic convertor/ rear o2 sensors and associated codes.
