VW PASSAT 2.0 TDi 170 CV Siemens ppd1 Ecu

Hey guys has anyone got a good tuned file for a VW passat 2.0 TDi 170 CV siemens simos PPD1X ecu ? If not who on here can I contact who can help me modify my original file, I just want around 200 bhp and hopefully keep the same fuel economy. Thanks alot in advance :)
