I wanted to ask you guys what equipment do you suggest that can read/write to this particular ECU? I've been told BDM100 is the best tool to access the board directly but I'm not sure if it supports this ecu, I guess the alternative is through the OBDII port using KWP2000 Plus? At least from quick search this is the only one tool I found that says ME7.4.4 in it's list.

fgtech has it in his list, but i was not able to read and write.

you could desolder the chip. When you do you must have diagnostic tool to recalibrate the throttle valve.
