What hardware do i need for my dw10bted4 Citroen C4 Picasso

Hi all, I want to remap my 2007 Citroen C4 Picasso , what hardware do i need to read the ecu? and be able to reprogram it?
It has a dw10bted4 engine, and the siemens ecu.

Probably it is Siemens SID803A or could be also Delphy DCM 3.4 ecu. For both is best to use BDM programmer.

So if i purchase this hardware, i can just read the map on the ecu and then im guessing i use another program to edit the map and write it back on the ecu. Or if i read the original map and give that to someone they can write a new map for me. Is there many people out there that can do that ? for a fee of course. Or am I better of with a product like bluefin?
