What programmer to buy for 2004 Golf V TDI 103kw

Hello guys!
I want to turn the EGR of on my 103kw Golf 5 TDI PD 2004 model.
Totally newbie to chiptuning.
I hope to find some information about which easy to use reader/flasher i should buy. Are these cheap flashers on E_b_ay working?
Which one would you recommend?

Thanks for your answer. I bought a MPPS ver 12.
I workes well. Read my mapfile out, and get kindly help from DJbalkanac
Loaded the file again and the car run now smoother without EGR.
Next project. Taking off the intake and cleaning all the sludge.
Later on, im ready for moderat mapping
