I try two solutions ....

Every time diagnostic report EGR errors ..... :wtf:

It is possible I do something wrong!

In your egr_off1 look at 0x1C356C this should be all set to 12000 in my opinion

hello, i have passat b6 1.9 with chiped ecu edc16u34. I always have a dtc with egr insufficient flow. Can anybody help to off egr programmatically? I read this: https://sites.google.com/site/vagecumap ... 16-hexdump
But in this guide I didnt find similar map. I can attach my bin file, but i dont know how to do it in this forum.
