How do i begin?

Hey. I was wondering on whats the first step against tuning my own car? im pretty new to this and was wondering if anyone had any tips. I have bought myself an galletto and waiting for it to be delivered. What do i do after this?
Car is a 406 peugeot 2.2 hdi

I can appreciate the point above and have already been attacking the search function, but i'm struggling to find anything, probably because i don't know the terms i should be searching under. I don't suppose you could give us a clue? :oops: As in, something in particular to search for, or a particular section to browse..?

You have to dump your ori files for you ecu and search yours maps, or i can't give you the map i done with winols.

Read your original file off the car,
download WinOLS,

search online for the map packs so you can open your map in a manor you can edit it.

try searching for tuning "ecu name"
the galletto shoud detect the ecu model,

sometimes you might find an article on the same ecu but used in a diff car...
like how i own a polo tdi but all the good research is under seat ibiza...

Hi! You can try ECM Titanium.
You will avoid searching for maps so you can play and edit them.
Just be aware that ECM Titanium has poorly translated names.
Also beware map packs you can easily find on the internet - just open original one and the modified and compare them. You'll see that they have been increased in the entire range by a constant value - not a good thing to learn and even worse to flash ;)
