Audi A4 checksum in eeprom

Hi!
Can somebody calculating checksum in eeprom(not in flash)?

Somebody tuned a 2,0TFSI Audi A4 before me. He does't save file to backup. He save the flash file only. Now it have an ECU
with original flash(without tuning) and an eeprom file with wrong chk.
The car have in my workshop now.
Can somebody help me?
I attached the files ( FULL BDM, eep, Flash.)

Update ecu with VAS5054A

your version is 0030 here is 0090

maybe will good if no write me p.m.

We did update with VAS but doesn't work.
What type of programmer you use?
