MSA12 MAP linearization map Help

Postby divagomania » Thu Aug 08, 2013 12:07 am

I have an 1.9 TDI with MSA12 0281001172/171 028906021C where the 200kpa MAP sensor was changed by an 250kpa. This was done to change the GT15 turbo for a GT17.

I've found most of the tuning maps, and some linearization maps, but can't find the linearization for the MAP sensor to change the range from 1 bar to 1.5 bar.

Please comment my identified maps in atached.

Could someone help me find which map I should change for the 250 kpa sensor?

And why is the turbo map values higher than SVBL? Example of 235 x 10 2350 mBar that is bigger than the SVBL found of 1990 mBar ??

Thank you

I have found his map for MAP linearization:
128 142 2 0 255 106 252
Applying factors I get 0 to 5v and 890 mBar to 2050 mBar.
Ho can I correct it to 2500 mBar if the number 252 is almost at the limit ?
Is there any factor correction to accomplish this?
