VW Golf 5 TSI 1.4 140HP 2007 ECU Locked?

Does anyone know why the ECU is locked for my car?
ECU: ME9.5 FSI
I tried with Powergate 3 but get "ECU locked, try to unlock it?"

Sorry but my car has MED17 ECU and not ME9.5 strange. How can this be possible ?

Hy ,if i"am not wrong ,the edc17 are tuning protected ,you need first unlock the ecu on bench !

you can`t read because you try to read with wrong protocol, Drive the car and try after a day again.
Reading should always be possible, no Need to unlock .
