215 HP!! Impressive :? How is the clutch handling that? I've heard of conservative remaps causing clutch slip :think:

Clutch is still pretty ok, but it is being replaced with stronger one. Single mass flywheel is already mounted.

A little off-topic but for those interested the high-pressure diesel sensor is the same part number on the 2.2 HDI and 2.0 HDI (90 and probably 110).

In other words: This uprated sensor should also work on 2.0 versions of the HDI :) I might have to see about getting one...

Also good work! I'm sure that BHP number grows every week ;)

:) it stopped at 220hp :crazy:
Now i am taking some time off, but next thing is to upgrade turbo, injectors, to take out the maf sensor, stronger clutch...

Intercooler is already from AMG now,
rail sensor upgraded,
map sensor upgraded
single mass flywheel also.

Have to take some holliday :thumbup:
