I start today using my Galleto 1260 data tool. I just now have a problem, any one who can halp me?

I got on my ECU one time. the second time I couldn't retrieve any info of it. Download was As I see it now also not so good aswell.

I wanted to get a new file, now I get every time I try to connect a failer, and the question That I need to shut down the Dash und restart the dash and then wait for 10sec.
