Only works in Windows and is a command line tool (works fine in Windows 7 64-bit so should work on any version of windows)
I found it very useful for finding out exactly what ECUSafe did to remove the FAP code.
As far as I know its free, so posting it here shouldn't cause an issue.
edit: Turns out I can't upload an EXE file. Software is available here: http://www.cjmweb.net/vbindiff/ and is called 'VBinDiff'

Winols wont let you read all files.
This hex editor will compare two files with ease and you can jump from difference to difference.
