Anyone know how to edit .ENC file for powergate 2 ?

I have a Powergate 2 and got a tuned.enc file back but how to save it to ENC ?
And from powergate 2 when I save the original file to the harddrive I can write any name but the file can be named like Vw_Golf_Original and doesn't have any .bin or .ENC only a file name without extenstion.

I haven't a good reply for you, but is these files encrypted for the powergate?
