hi,
i am not really sure about your question but if i understand you correctly you are interested in info which ecu can suite on different cars...
that's why this website is very usefull:

here you can choose the car in which is ecu you are interested in,
than you just click on the ECU and you will get the list of the cars where this ecu is built in.
