Honda Civic 22 iCDTi EDC16C31 1037396107

Attached is an xdf file I am working on for the Honda Civic 2.2 2007 iCDTi.
Its a work in progress and there may be errors.
I'll update as and when I can.
This is version 0.1
lol!
Use at your own risk

This will only work on yours if the maps are at the same addresses.
Which probably means you need the same software version ;)
My bin is enclosed for demo purposes.

I have made a load of updates to this.
Will post a new version tommorrow.
Again. This is still in testing at the moment.
So shouldnt be considered 100% accurate.

EGR appears to have 2 tables for duty cycle and 3 tables for MAF limit before EGR opens.

With this v0.2 update I have added EGR, IMRC, and numerous other tables.
I have also added axes tables for everything....just hit x or y on the main tables to access the axis contents.
None of these map tables are fully tested yet.

Testing will begin over the coming days and weeks (there is no damos for this engine).
Errors may be found and corrections made as necessary.

You are studying on a similar eeprom (damos) or do tests to identify the maps?

--or recognize on sight?-- :o

Recognise on site and then test with HDS.... never found a damos.

EGR has two modes it seems....feedback and open.
In feedback mode, at constant speed, the target MAF on the EGR tables = Actual MAF (using RPM and IQ given).
At the same time the EGR duty % is almost exactly that gievn in EGR duty table 1.
I dont know when table 2 is engaged yet.

In open mode target EGR goes though the roof and has no resemblace to the EGR maps 1,2,3....egr duty % also drops to baseline with no resemblance to the duty % maps 1,2.
So there must be other EGR tables activated by pedal %
Open mode must be triggered by pedal % which means there is a threshold switch somewhere.
Would be nice to drop the pedal % on that.

I have been advised the coolant and air temp switches are in fact correction tables rather than switches :?
I will play with them anyway :D
